1. Introduction
Mishkat International for Designing of Gifts and Accessories specializes in customized and branded products.
This Policy explains the procedures, responsibilities, and conditions applicable to all customized orders, including products involving printing, engraving, embroidery, branding, packaging, and other personalization services.
By approving artwork or placing a customized order, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Customization services may include, but are not limited to:

3. Customer Responsibility for Submitted Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials are accurate, complete, and suitable for production.
This includes:

Brand names
-
Trademarks
-
Images
-
Graphics
-
Text
-
Slogans
-
Designs
-
Corporate branding materials
Customers must carefully review all submitted content before approval.
Mishkat International is not responsible for errors originating from customer-provided files or instructions.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, or other materials, the customer confirms that:

They own the intellectual property rights; or

They have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and authorizations.
Customers shall be solely responsible for any claims arising from unauthorized use of intellectual property.
Mishkat International reserves the right to refuse any design that may:

Infringe intellectual property rights;

Violate applicable laws;
-
Contain offensive or inappropriate content;

Create legal or reputational risks.
5. Artwork Approval Process
Before production begins, customers will receive artwork proofs, mockups, visual previews, digital samples, or other approval materials where applicable.
Customers are responsible for reviewing:

Spelling
-
Grammar
-
Product details
-
Contact information
-
Colors
-
Dimensions
-
Layout
-
Design specifications
Production will begin only after approval has been received.
Approval may be provided through:

Other documented communication methods accepted by Mishkat International
6. Final Approval Responsibility
Once artwork approval is provided, the customer accepts responsibility for the approved design.
Mishkat International shall not be responsible for errors that were visible in approved artwork, including:

Spelling mistakes

Typographical errors
-
Incorrect phone numbers
-
Incorrect website addresses
-
Incorrect colors requested by the customer
-
Incorrect logo versions supplied by the customer
Customers are encouraged to review approvals carefully before authorizing production.
7. Production Authorization
Production will commence only after:

Artwork approval;
-
Confirmation of customization requirements; and
-
Receipt of required payment.
For approved corporate credit customers, production may commence according to agreed payment terms.
8. Changes After Approval
Any requested modifications after artwork approval may:

Delay production;
-
Result in additional charges;
-
Require a revised quotation;
-
Require a new approval process.
Mishkat International reserves the right to reject change requests after production planning has commenced.
9. Cancellation of Customized Orders
Customized orders may be cancelled only if:

Production has not started; and
-
Cancellation is requested before customization work begins.
Once production, printing, engraving, embroidery, packaging, branding, or related work has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible.
Charges for completed work, materials, or preparation activities may still apply where permitted by law.
10. Color Variations
Customers acknowledge that colors may vary due to:

Different printing methods;

Material characteristics;
-
Product surface finishes;
-
Fabric textures;
-
Monitor and screen settings;
-
Lighting conditions;
-
Production processes.
Minor color variations shall not be considered defects.
Where exact color matching is critical, customers should discuss requirements before production begins.
11. Product Positioning and Size Variations
Logo positioning, print placement, engraving location, embroidery positioning, and artwork dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing and production tolerances.
Minor variations that do not materially affect the intended appearance or functionality of the product shall not be considered defects.
12. Sample Images and Mockups
Artwork proofs, mockups, digital previews, and sample images are intended for visual guidance.
Actual finished products may vary slightly due to:

Product materials;

Production methods;
-
Printing technologies;
-
Product dimensions;
-
Manufacturing tolerances.
Such variations do not automatically constitute defects.
13. Production Timelines
Production timelines may vary depending on:

Product type;

Order quantity;

Customization method;

Artwork complexity;

Product availability;
-
Customer approval timing.
Estimated production timelines are provided for guidance only and do not constitute guaranteed completion dates.
14. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect customized products immediately upon delivery.
Any claim relating to:

Incorrect customization;
-
Missing products;
-
Damaged products;
-
Production defects;
should be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Supporting photographs and order details may be required.
15. Defective Customized Products
If a customized product contains a verified manufacturing defect or a customization error caused by Mishkat International, we may, at our discretion:

Replace the affected product;
-
Reproduce the affected product;
-
Provide a partial refund; or
-
Provide a full refund.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances of each case.
16. Customer Delays
Production schedules may be affected by delays in:

Artwork approval;
-
Design confirmation;
-
Product selection;
-
Payment completion;
-
Information submission.
Mishkat International shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by customer actions or omissions.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mishkat International shall not be liable for:

Customer-approved errors;
-
Customer-supplied content issues;
-
Intellectual property disputes involving customer materials;

Minor color variations;
-
Minor positioning variations;
-
Delays caused by customer approvals;

Consequential or indirect losses.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
