This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, replaced, or refunded. By placing an order through our website, you agree to this Policy.

3. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return for eligible non-customized products within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Be free from damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


4. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly by Mishkat International:

Customized Products

Products that have been:

  • Printed

  • Engraved

  • Embroidered

  • UV printed

  • DTF printed

  • Screen printed

  • Branded

  • Personalized

  • Manufactured according to customer specifications

Other Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Products returned in unsellable condition.

  • Products with missing components or packaging.

  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items where explicitly stated.


5. Customized Product Orders

Customized products are produced specifically according to customer-approved artwork, branding, specifications, and instructions.

Accordingly:

  • Customized products are non-returnable.

  • Customized products are non-refundable.

  • Customized products are non-exchangeable.

Exceptions may apply only if:

  • The wrong product was supplied.

  • The customization differs materially from the approved artwork due to our error.

  • The product contains manufacturing defects.

  • The product was damaged before delivery.


6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Customers should provide:

  • Order number.

  • Description of the issue.

  • Photographs clearly showing the defect or damage.

Upon review and approval, Mishkat International may offer:

  • Product replacement.

  • Product exchange.

  • Full refund.

The appropriate remedy will be determined based on the nature of the issue.


7. Exchanges

Eligible non-customized products may be exchanged within fourteen (14) days of delivery, subject to:

  • Product availability.

  • Compliance with return eligibility requirements.

If the replacement product has a different value, customers may be required to pay the price difference or receive a partial refund, as applicable.


8. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs when:

  • Returning eligible products due to personal preference.

  • Ordering the wrong product.

  • Requesting an exchange for reasons unrelated to product defects.

Mishkat International Responsibility

Mishkat International will bear reasonable return or replacement shipping costs when:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product contains a verified manufacturing defect.

  • The issue resulted from our error.


9. Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

Refunds may take up to fourteen (14) business days after approval to be completed, depending on banking or payment processing timelines.


10. Cancellation of Orders

Non-Customized Products

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting our customer service team.

Customized Products

Customized orders may be cancelled only if:

  • Production has not started; and

  • Cancellation is requested before manufacturing, printing, engraving, branding, or customization begins.

Once production has commenced, customized orders cannot be cancelled.


11. Inspection of Returned Products

All returned products are subject to inspection.

Mishkat International reserves the right to reject return requests where:

  • Return conditions are not met.

  • Products show signs of use.

  • Products have been altered.

  • Products are damaged due to customer actions.


12. Limitation of Refund Rights

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Customer change of mind regarding customized products.

  • Delays caused by customer approval processes.

  • Minor color variations resulting from printing methods, display screens, or production tolerances.

  • Customer-provided artwork errors that were approved prior to production.


13. Force Majeure

Mishkat International shall not be liable for delays in refunds, replacements, or exchanges caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including governmental actions, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.


14. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective upon publication.
