3. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver products only within the State of Kuwait.

At this time, we do not offer:

  • International shipping

  • GCC shipping

  • Overseas delivery services

Orders with delivery addresses outside Kuwait will not be accepted.


4. Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours:

Saturday to Thursday
9:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Friday
Closed

Orders received outside business hours, on Fridays, or during public holidays may be processed on the next business day.


5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery location selected during checkout.

The applicable delivery fee will be displayed before order confirmation.

Delivery charges may vary based on:

  • Special delivery requirements

Customers are responsible for reviewing delivery charges before completing their purchase.


6. Delivery Timelines

Non-Customized Products

Estimated delivery:

1–2 business days

from successful order confirmation and payment verification.

Customized Products

Estimated delivery:

2–3 business days

after:

  • Artwork approval;

  • Confirmation of customization details; and

  • Receipt of required payment.

Large quantity orders or complex customization requests may require additional production time.

Customers will be informed where extended lead times apply.


7. Preferred Delivery Dates

Customers may request a preferred delivery date during checkout or by contacting us directly.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested delivery dates, such requests cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery schedules remain subject to:

  • Product availability

  • Production completion

  • Logistics constraints

  • Public holidays

  • Force majeure events


8. Customized Orders and Production

For customized products:

Production begins only after:

  • Final artwork approval;

  • Confirmation of customization requirements; and

  • Receipt of applicable payment.

Any delays in customer approvals may affect delivery timelines.

Mishkat International shall not be responsible for delays caused by late customer approvals or changes requested after production planning has commenced.


9. Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate delivery address information;

  • Correct contact information;

  • Access instructions where necessary;

  • Availability to receive the shipment.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or additional delivery charges.


10. Failed Delivery Attempts

A delivery may be considered unsuccessful if:

  • The recipient is unavailable;

  • The delivery address is incorrect;

  • Access to the location cannot be obtained;

  • The customer cannot be contacted.

In such situations:

  • Additional delivery charges may apply;

  • Delivery may be rescheduled;

  • Orders may be held pending customer instructions.


11. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur.

Delivery delays may result from:

  • High order volumes;

  • Public holidays;

  • Traffic conditions;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Supplier delays;

  • Customer approval delays;

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery commitments.


12. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect products immediately upon receipt.

Any claims regarding:

  • Damaged products;

  • Missing products;

  • Incorrect products;

  • Visible defects;

should be reported to us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Supporting photographs may be requested to assist in the review process.


13. Transfer of Risk

Responsibility for products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided during checkout.

Customers should ensure that authorized persons are available to receive deliveries where appropriate.


14. Delivery Refusal

Customers who refuse delivery of correctly supplied and non-defective products may remain responsible for applicable delivery charges, return transportation costs, or other reasonable costs incurred by Mishkat International.

This provision does not affect any rights available under applicable law.


15. Force Majeure

Mishkat International shall not be liable for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government actions;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Public emergencies;

  • Transportation disruptions;

  • Utility failures;

  • Labor disputes;

  • Supplier interruptions.

Where possible, customers will be informed of significant delays.
